SCAN Gold is a Medicare Advantage Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) offering all the benefits of Original Medicare plus more, including the NEW Part D prescription drugs coverage.
SCAN Gold health and prescription drug plan has a $0 monthly premium! You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium of $96.40 each month. You can visit any doctor in our network, choose among our network hospitals, including St.Joseph's, Dameron and Lodi Memorial, and take advantage of our mail-order prescription drug service for more convenience and additional savings on your prescriptions.
